Corny Rice
1 large onion, diced
1 cup steamed cous-cous
2 to 4 cups cooked brown rice
½ cup frozen corn
garam masala
sea salt
Sauté onion in corn oil until soft and golden. Add cooked rice and steamed cous-cous and fry over medium flame until warm. Stir in corn, sprinkle with sea salt and garam masala, cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
