Quick Quesadillas

Using a fork or tongs, heat a wholewheat tortilla in a frying pan evenly. Grate a small amount of your favourite cheese on top of the tortilla. Allow cheese to melt on tortilla by leaving on very low heat, broiling. Spread 1/8 avocado over half of tortilla and add salsa if desired. Fold other half of tortilla over filling to enclose. Cut in wedges. Makes one serving.
